Description: Jack Daniel’s Halo MK1 is a collaboration with the McLaren Formula 1 Team, described as the most premium and limited global release in Jack Daniel’s history. The bottle reimagines the “halo” – the protective structure around a Formula 1 driver’s cockpit – using alloy metal, micro-suede and carbon-fibre print, finished with a hand-finished cork and custom medallions. Inside is a 1-litre, 58.7% ABV Tennessee whiskey made from the classic Jack Daniel’s grain bill and charcoal mellowed before ageing in specially treated American white oak. Sweet maple, fruit and toasted oak on the nose lead to caramel and chocolate, evolving into pipe tobacco and baking spice, with a bold finish of barrel spice and brown sugar.   Auction Details Date: Friday, 23 October 2026 Time: 02:00 pm Venue: Live & Virtual Online Auction - Live Venue: 26 Melville Road, Illovo, Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) Viewings: On the day of the auction at 26 Melville Road, Illovo, Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS)
