Description: The Citroën Traction Avant, sold in Britain and South Africa as the Light 15, was a landmark in motoring: front-wheel drive, a monocoque body and independent suspension, all in 1934, when most rivals still had separate chassis and cart springs. Its gangster-film profile is unmistakable. A 1 900 cc overhead-valve four with manual gearbox.
