Make sure you have the funds to afford the vehicle/s when bidding. You are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase all vehicles where your bid is highest and accepted. Goods are sold "as is, where is / voetstoots” with no warranties. Viewing It is your responsibility to view the cars before the auction. By bidding, you are deemed to have inspected the goods, regardless of whether you, attended the auction, or bid online. Bidding & Payment Prices are subject to reserves, you will receive an email from High Street with confirmation within 5 business days if your bid has been accepted. Bidders are responsible for all bids - multiple bidders MAY NOT use the same paddle number. All lots are sold STC (Subject to confirmation). If confirmed, you have 2 days from receipt of High Street’s invoice to pay the FULL AMOUNT. High Street holds the right to cancel the sale and claim damages due to late payment. Costs No VAT, No Commission, No admin Fee. Payment is strictly eft only. Collection Collection is at the buyer’s cost/responsibility and this must be done via appointment only. No goods will be released until full payment is received.
